Shipping policy

ARC Fabrication Supply offers the best shipping rates and service to get your order fulfilled fast and efficiently. We use various shipping couriers and the rates that are automatically calculated at checkout from your shopping cart. Please read and understand our shipping policy to better understand how we can serve you.

Order Processing & Handling

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after they are placed.

Orders must be submitted before 11:59 PM Eastern Time (GMT-05:00) to be considered placed on that business day. Orders placed after this cutoff will be processed beginning on the next business day.

All orders are verified, processed, and packaged Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays and other observed holidays.

An estimated delivery date will be provided at checkout based on the shipping method and destination selected. Please note that delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping rates and Service

All shipping rates are calculated automatically at time of checkout through multiple carrier options depending on your region and availability of service. Couriers available but not limited to are the following below.

Canada- Purolator, Canada Post, UPS, Fedex, Canpar, Economy 

USA- UPS, USPS, Fedex, Economy

You will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail as soon as your order has shipped. We choose the most reliable and dependable shipping service available at time of shipping.

Please note buyer is solely responsible for understanding and complying with any import requirements of the final destination country including any duty, tax, tarriffs or brokerage fees. This is not included in the shipping costs upon checkout unless otherwise indicated.  

Tariffs, Duties, Taxes & Additional Fees

For applicable orders, estimated tariffs, duties, and import-related fees are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the information available at the time of purchase.

Please note that these amounts are estimates and may be subject to reassessment by customs authorities, carriers, or other applicable agencies. If additional tariffs, duties, brokerage charges, taxes, or other import-related fees are assessed after your order has been placed, the customer is responsible for any additional amount owing.

If a tariff or import-related charge is recalculated and results in an additional amount due, we will contact you with the revised amount and provide the option to pay the additional charge before the order proceeds, where applicable. Orders may be held until any required additional payment is received. Alternatively the order can be cancelled before shipping if you choose to not proceed. All international sales are final and any returned to sender fees are the responsibility of the customer.

ARC Fabrication Supply is not responsible for changes to tariffs, customs assessments, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by governmental authorities or shipping carriers after checkout. 

Order Tracking

Your shipping confirmation and order tracking number are provided by e-mail after the order is processed. You can directly click on the tracking number link to follow the status of your shipment.

Exceptions

Large bulk orders may be more efficiently calculated after order processing and packing. Additional order processing may be required and to ensure you get the best shipping rate please reach out to us about your order by e-mail: arcfabricationsupply@gmail.com so we can best accommodate you.

Please contact us if you have any specific shipping requirements outside of our standard shipping policy and our team will do our best to fulfill them.

Pick Up Orders

We are located in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada and if you would like to pick up please select the pick up option at checkout. Pick up date and times need to be arranged please e-mail us directly: arcfabricationsupply@gmail.com with your name and order number.
