Return and Refund Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days and are solely at the discretion of ARC Fabrication Supply. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, not used, and like new in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt/order# for proof of purchase with pictures of the products.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Please note you will only receive a refund on the product costs and not the shipping costs. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs of the products back to us.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Additionally, all international orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

We encourage customers to carefully review product specifications, dimensions, materials, and compatibility before placing an order. If you have any questions about a product before purchasing, please contact us and our team will be happy to assist.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to begin the return process, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Please note you will only receive a refund on the product costs and not the shipping costs. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs of the products back to us and potentially incur a restocking fee.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
