Shipping policy

ARC Fabrication Supply offers the best shipping rates and service to get your order fulfilled fast and effciently. We have various shipping couriers and rates that can be selected at checkout that are automatically calculated from your shopping cart. Please read and understand our shipping policy to better understand how we can serve you.

Process and Handling

All orders are processed 1-2 business days after order is placed. Orders must be placed before 11:59PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time to be counted as being placed that same business day. Estimated delivery date and various shipping rates selections are available at check out. Orders are verified, processed and packaged to ship out Monday-Friday excluding any Holidays.

Shipping rates and Service

All shipping rates are calculated automatically at time of checkout through multiple carrier options depending on your region and availability of service. Couriers available but not limited to are the following below.

Canada- Canada Post, UPS, Fedex, Economy 

USA- USPS, Fedex, Economy

International- Please e-mail us arcfabricationsupply@gmail.com

You will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail as soon as your order has shipped. If the service you have selected is not available at time of shipping we will select the next avaiable courier option.

Please note buyer is solely responsible for understanding and complying with any import requirements of the final destination country including any duty, tax, or brokerage fees. This is not included in the shipping costs upon checkout.

Order Tracking

Your shipping confirmation and order tracking number are provided by e-mail after the order is processed. You can directly click on the tracking number link to follow the status of your shipment.

Exceptions

Large bulk orders may be more efficiently calculated after order processing and packing. To ensure you get the best shipping rate please reach out to us about your order by e-mail: arcfabricationsupply@gmail.com so we can best accommodate you.

Please contact us if you have any specific shipping requirements outside of our standard shipping policy and our team will do our best to fulfill them.

Pick Up Orders

We are located in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada and if you would like to pick up please select the pick up option at checkout. Pick up date and times need to be arranged please e-mail us directly: arcfabricationsupply@gmail.com with your name and order number.
